SOC 2 Certification

EnCirca is one of the few ICANN Registrars to complete a SOC 2 Type II Audit, an Independent Service Auditor’s Report on Controls Placed in Operation Relevant to the Trust Principles of Security, Availability and Confidentiality. In addition, EnCirca’s website receives an A+ in third-party vulnerability scans.

According to Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data adopted on 17 May 2018 by ICANN Board Resolutions 2018.05.17.01 – 2018.05.17.09R, we will provide reasonable access to Personal Data in Registration Data to third parties on the basis of a legitimate interests pursued by the third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Registered Name Holder or data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
